The Frank M. Adams Awards is the most prestigious recognition given by the Texas Council of Community Centers.
This honor recognizes volunteers in our system of care whose service is exceptional and far reaching in scope. The three nomination categories for this award are
- Individual,
- Community and
- Media.

WHO MAY NOMINATE
Individuals from the Community Centers of Texas and/or organizations/interest groups affiliated with the Community Centers and whose purpose includes enhancing services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance addictions may submit nominations.
NOMINATION DUE DATE
All nominations with required attachments must be postmarked, hand-delivered or e-mailed to the Texas Council office no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 9, 2012.
FRANK M. ADAMS AWARDS CEREMONY
The Frank M. Adams Awards ceremony will be a featured event at the 2012 Texas Council Conference taking place May 30 - June 1, 2012.
